FormSight stores client and session information locally on the device so coaches can review movement history and progress trends inside the app.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the current FormSight iOS build handles information for coaching observation, session review, and movement pattern tracking. FormSight is designed to keep session data on the device unless you explicitly export media.
No ad tracking
The current build does not include third-party advertising SDKs, user-tracking SDKs, or FormSight-managed cloud uploads for recorded sessions.
Information FormSight Stores
- Client names that you enter.
- Client-specific threshold settings used for coaching and movement review.
- Session dates, rep counts, severity grades, thumbnails, and coach notes.
- Videos and still captures that you choose to record or save inside the app.
- Optional report-branding data, including a coach name and logo for exported reports.
Permissions
- Camera access is requested only when you start the live movement workflow so FormSight can analyze squat and hinge movement sessions in real time.
- Photo Library add-only access is requested only when you choose to export a recording or still capture to Photos.
How Information Is Used
FormSight uses stored session information only to power client history, playback review, annotations, exports, and progress summaries inside the app. FormSight does not sell your information, does not use session data for targeted advertising, and does not upload recordings to FormSight-managed servers.
Exports to Photos
If you export a recording, iOS creates a copy in the Photos app. That exported copy is then managed by the device owner and may be included in device backups or iCloud Photos according to the owner’s Apple account settings.
Retention and Deletion
- Data stays on the device until you delete a session, delete a client, or remove the app.
- Deleting a client removes that client’s in-app sessions and associated recordings stored in FormSight’s app container.
- If you exported a copy to Photos, you must delete that exported copy from the Photos app separately.
Coaching-Only Product Scope
FormSight is intended for coaching observation, session review, and movement pattern tracking. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent injury, illness, or disease, and it should not replace professional medical judgment.
