These terms describe how the current FormSight iOS build should be used for coaching observation, session review, and movement pattern tracking.
Coaching Use Only
FormSight is intended for coaching observation, session review, and movement pattern tracking. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent injury, illness, or disease, and it does not replace professional medical judgment.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for athlete supervision, safe training decisions, and verifying cues or thresholds against your own expertise and training environment.
- Only record or export footage when you have the right to do so and when storage and sharing comply with your local policies.
Coach Subscription Terms
- FormSight Coach subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Exports and Shared Media
When you export a recording or still image, iOS creates a copy outside the FormSight container. That exported copy may then be managed by Photos, device backups, or iCloud Photos according to the device owner’s settings.
Privacy Policy
The FormSight Privacy Policy is available at formsight.app/privacy-policy. Review it for data-handling, local-storage, and export details.
